  1. It agree with Lincoln because he is taking away slavery from his town and making sure that those bad people don’t do it again and to make sure that slavery doesn’t happen again
For example what have happen if lincoin didn’t do that speech slavery will be happen now and never stop so all kids will be slaver.

  2. I agree with Lincoln because even though he didn’t take slavery away, he didn’t let it spread. In other words, although he got the chicken pox, he didn’t let other people catch it as well. For example, if he didn’t say the speech or even run for senator in the first place, no one would have been able to do anything and slavery would spread to EVERY SINGLE STATE IN THE U.S!!! Every colored person would soon be a slave, regardless of the state or country.

  3. I agree with Lincoln because he was a good idea to get rid of slavery . And if they don’t like it they can go to another state. And it is okay if he wants to get rid of slavery. And I will be a good time to get rid of slavery. And if you are not the intended to agree with me.

  4. I agree with Abraham Lincoln he is doing something about slavery, and isn’t letting it be right. Even though he didn’t stop slavery he still made a difference. Maybe if it wasn’t for him slavery might still exist till this day. For example, there was a person who got a really bad disease Lincoln didn’t cure the disease, but he helped get the person better. So in conclusion, if it weren’t for Lincoln many colored people would have to be in slavery in any state!

  5. I agree with Lincoln because even though he didn’t stop slavery, he made sure it didn’t happen in his town and in other states. If he didn’t run for senator or make that speech. He wouldn’t have done that slavery would have been spreading to northern states. So I totally agree with Abraham Lincoln.

  6. I agree with Lincoln’s statement. I agree because Lincoln did help thousands of kids,so they won’t become slaves. And if it wasn’t for Lincoln EVERY SINGLE ENTIRE STATE WILL HAVE SLAVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. I agree with Lincoln even though he didn’t stop slavery, but he didn’t let it spread. But Lincoln because he made sure that there was “a half free places and Half slaves.” But at least he stopped it in some places. For example, if he didn’t say the speech or even run for senator in the first place, no one would have been able to do anything and slavery would spread to EVERY SINGLE STATE IN THE U.S!!! Every colored person would soon be a slave, regardless of the state or country.

  8. I agree with Lincoln. I agree because he saved millions of people from slavery and if it wasn’t for him then we probably still be slaves.

  9. I agree with Lincoln he ended slavery in the USA so If I was a president in that time I would of done the same thing.

  10. I agree with Lincoln because it is good he is doing something about slavery and trying to make other states slave free
