1. It isn’t Marty’s fault because Baker’s dog got loose and Marty didn’t and the other reason is he didn’t know that Baker’s dog can jump the fence and it’s really the dog’s fault because he attacked Shiloh. Therefore it is not Marty’s fault.

3. I think that Marty is responsible because he gives him food to eat and he builds him a pen.

4. its not Marty’s falt because Barker’s dog got loose and he can jump over the fence and Baker’s dog is always trouble . And Marty didn’t know Barker’s dog can jump the fence and he didn’t know the dog got loose.

5. Its not Marty’s fault because Marty didn’t let the bakers dog out and Marty didn’t no the dogs could jump so its not Marty’s fault that shiloh got hurt by the bakers dog.

6. No because i bet that if he gave Shiloh back to Judd he will make him injuries but i like that Marty took responsibility because he did make the pen. Also Marty wished he build a better pen because the Shepered jumped the fence.

7. it is marty fault because he can’t leave shiloh alone when there a wild dog next door it is dangers place. he would of just put him closer to his house.

9. I think that Marty is not responsible for Shiloh’s injuries because Marty built that pen for Shiloh to be safe.And Marty didn’t know that the dog would be loose or that the dog could jump over the fence.

10. No, I think Marty is not responsible. But Baker is responsible because Baker is the owner of the German Shepherd. But only if Baker was taking care of the dog the dog wouldn’t have bit Shiloh. So Marty was never responsible for Shiloh getting hurt because it was the German Shepherd who was responsible. Which is also Baker’s fault. So it was never his fault for Shiloh and he was never responsible for Shiloh getting hurt.

11. I don`t think it was Marty`s fault because if Marty would have gave back Shiloh to Judd Travers from the beginning Judd would of abused Shiloh.Also I think it is Marty`s fault because Marty should have built a pen high enough so that any dogs can not get into the pen.

13. I think Marty is responsible for Shiloh’s injuries because he was the only one that had Shiloh. Marty is the the only one that has a dad that doesn’t like animals too. But Marty’s dad would never hurt Shiloh. He would have never hurt Shiloh because he knows it’s not his anyway.

15. i think that marty is not responsible but baker is responsible because he is the owner of the german shepherd. and wichit is bakers falt that shiloh got heart. and also baker is the one hoe is responsible of the dog because he is the owner.so also baker was never responsible for shiloh so i think that marty should keep shiloh home but it was mostly bakers flatland marty is also not that muck because he is the one because he jumped the fence.

16. No Marty isn’t responsible for Shiloh’s injure becuase Marty never knew that the baker’s dog can jump over the fence he built for Shiloh.

17. I think it wasn’t responsible for Shiloh injuries because he didn’t know about Baker’s dog. Marty just needed to build Shiloh a higher fence. I think Marty needs to be a little more protective of Shiloh. Now that Dad knows about Shiloh, Marty can’t protect Shiloh. Now you know my comment.
